RETURNS & EXCHANGES Returns and ExchangesPlease read the entire Returns and Exchanges Policy for a smooth exchange to take place. All items unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for an exchange only. You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return merchandise for an exchange. Your return package must reach our exchange location within 2 weeks from when we issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and "Return Shipping Address" via email. How do I even exchange the same item for size? (1) Click on the “Processing Fee” link on the right side of our Website, at the bottom of the “Catalog” choices, and add the $6 Exchange Processing Fee to your shopping cart, Check Out and select your Shipping Choice before paying for your order.(2) email us the name on your original order, the style number of the item(s) you are returning for an even exchange and the size you desire in exchange.(3) We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), the "Return Shipping Address" where to mail your exchange and a Pre-Filled Exchange Form to enclose in your return package. Please enclose in your return package, the original or a copy of all paperwork that you received in your package.(4) When your return is received and processed, your exchange item(s) will be packaged and shipped out to you. IT IS ALSO THE LAW. · By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, Masks, Hoods, Ball Gags and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable. · We will not accept returns on USED items. · Returned merchandise must be in New, Unwashed and Unused Condition, and in the same original packaging. Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged. · We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use, soiled, smells of body odor, smoke or perfume, or if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse to make sure that your item is not damaged when you receive it. · You know when you place an order with Clothing Gossip that you are getting NEW merchandise and not previously worn items. · We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. · Shipping cost for returns and exchange reshipments is at purchaser’s expense. · Clothing Gossip will not accept returned packages without a valid and authorized RAN#. · Exchangeable merchandise may be returned for an exchange of equal or greater value only. · When a package is returned with an authorized RMA# for an exchange that is greater in merchandise price or for another item in a different style that is equal in merchandise price, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned merchandise, less shipping and handling charges, and less a $6 restocking fee for returned merchandise totals under $100, or a restocking fee of 15% for returned merchandise totals of $100 and above. If you received free shipping with your purchase a $12 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund amount on items that are returned for an exchange. · International orders - All fees incurred, such as import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT, and the like are not refunded by Clothing Gossip, when merchandise is returned for an exchange. · Shipping charges for returns will be at the customer's expense, unless we have shipped the wrong item to you in error. · If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled within the first 24 hours. A $6 cancellation fee will be charged to your account. · Clothing Gossip will not be responsible if the merchandise you ship back to us is lost in the mail. We strongly recommend that you use certified or insured mail, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. · If we ship a package to you and it comes back to us either as "Refused" or as "Undeliverable" due to a bad shipping address that was provided by the customer, you will have a choice of either receiving a refund for your purchase less shipping and less a $6 handling charge, and less a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Also, if you received free shipping with your purchase a $12 shipping and handling charge will apply. Otherwise, you may choose to have us re-ship the package back to you at your expense, plus a $6 handling charge. If additional information is required in order to deliver your package, and that information was not provided on your original order, or if the delivery address is changed in order to make the delivery there will be a charge to you of $12 which must be paid immediately for the package to be delivered to you, otherwise the above return charges will apply. ·Due to the delicate makeup of our products, please return these items in a protective box to insure an exchange. If we receive your returned merchandise in a damaged state due to bad packaging or due to the fault of your carrier, then you will need to collect damages from the carrier in question, assuming you shipped the package to us insured. We will not be able to issue an exchange in this situation. · Clothing Gossip will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays in delivery of your purchased merchandise and any associated damages, due to delays in carrier delivery, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, floods, fire, civil disobedience, lockouts, strikes, freight embargoes and acts of federal, state or local government. · All authorized returns that meet Clothing Gossip's Returns and Exchanges Policy set forth above will result in an exchange.
